A new fun fold, pop up card

If you like fun folds you are in for a treat. This fun fold pop up card, is not only gorgeous but simple to make. Pinterest is definitely the place for inspiration, even if I keep seeing pins from France, Germany, and other countries. Don’t ge me wrong, it looks like all these wonderful crafters write pretty detailed instructions, I just can’t understand them, 🤣 But, the inspiration is what matters!

I am aware that I am a Christmas junkie… I just can’t help it. This means one of the cards created in the live was a Christmas card. And yes… I am using the Santa Express Suite, which I simply adore. If you don’t have it… you need it. And while you are at it… spend $50 before shipping and tax and you will get a free gift from me. This month’s free gift is the Memory pack that belongs to the suite. Check my rewards system here

This time, I made sure I paid attention to the details of the card and was able to create a template, which you can download for free below.

Fall-Thanksgiving card

Fun fold card for Thanksgiving

Hello friends and welcome back! This has been a hectic week and haven’t been able to post anything. Of course, that doesn’t mean I was not making cards, LOL.

I am so excited because tomorrow I have my first Stampin’UP party. We are going to be making 2 cards, including a Christmas version of this one. Find template here. I promise to post pictures of my friends creations!

To create this fall card, I used a variety of products. I love that Stampin’Up creates all their product thinking about mix and matching, so you get a lot more bang for your buck. This card’s template is

The front was created using the Merriest Frames Hybrid Embossing folder . This set comes with 16 dies and an embossing folder. I used the embossing folder to give definition to my leaves and then the dies to cut frame. I absolutely love the end result. I used my blending brushes to ink the frame. If you are interested I creating something similar, I used these inks Evening green, Cinnamon Cider, Pumpkin pie, Cherry Cobbler and Crushed Curry, which you can find here Inks.

As you can see, I created a window to get a peek inside the card. Oh do I love this feature.

Isn’t this pretty? I used the Pretty Pumpkins Bundle to create the pumpkins and the leaves up top. This bundle offers 10 dies and 8 stamps. I used several of our Stampin’blends, which are alcohol markers. For the purlins, I used more or less the same colors used for inks, except the greens, you can find them here. The leaves were a combination of Evening green and Soft succulent.

And this is how it looks, once you open the card. Love me some Designer Series Papers! Believe it or not this paper belongs to a Spring/Summer Bundle, called You’re a Peach. This Designer Paper worked wonderfully for my card. That beautiful pumpkin belongs tot eh Pretty Pumpkins stamp set. I used the same inks as before and but used a some sponge daubers to create that look.

You can find the interactions for this card here

Please let me know what you think of this card.
