Just like all stories, mine has a very clear beginning. Nope… not when I was born. I have always liked crafts and had an addiction to paper. I am from Costa Rica, and when I was young, there were not many paper options, so guess what I collected? Gift wrapping paper. LOL
But it was not until my daughter was born, that I felt the need to figure out a way to make the photo albums look nicer, fun and somehow interactive. And I slowly learned about scrapbooking, which was not a thing in my country in 1998. I also decided I wanted to learn how to make decorations, for her parties and such. With the limitations of a this world country I managed to get a little bit of materials and played a lot.
It wasn’t until I moved to the United States, that my crafting passion took off. I started scrapbooking avidly and learned about stamps and coloring and all the fun I had been missing.
I became a Stampin’Up! demonstrator on September 2021 and I have loved every minute of it.
